Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200ºC fan-forced. Grease oven trays; line with baking paper.
2.Spread 1 sheet puff pastry with 2 teaspoons Vegemite; sprinkle with 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese. Top with another sheet puff pastry; spread with 2 teaspoons Vegemite, then sprinkle with 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese.
3.Cut pastry stack in half; place one stack on top of the other, press down firmly. Cut pastry crossways into 24 strips; twist each strip, pinching ends to seal. Place on trays; bake about 12 minutes or until browned lightly.
