Method
1.Cook dried soba noodles in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender; drain. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in wok; stir-fry thinly sliced beef eye-fillet until browned.
2.Cut 6 green onions into 5cm lengths, add to wok; stir-fry until soft. Add teriyaki sauce and noodles to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Remove from heat; add bean sprouts to wok, toss to combine.
