Method
1.Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water, according to packet instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together cream, parmesan and eggs. Season to taste. Toss through hot pasta in pan. Serve immediately, topped with smoked salmon, dill and capers.
If you’re short on time buy fresh pasta, as it only takes a few minutes to cook.
