Method
1.Cut pork diagonally into thin strips.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan on high. Add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat surface.
3.Stir-fry pork, in batches, 1-2 minutes each batch, or until seared. Transfer to a heatproof plate.
4.Add remaining oil to wok; stir-fry onion 2 minutes, or until soft.
5.Add asparagus, beans and water. Cover; cook 1 minute, or until vegetables are just tender.
6.Whisk hoisin sauce and juice in a small jug.
7.Return pork to wok with cashews and sauce mixture. Toss until well combined and heated.
8.Spoon rice into shallow serving bowls; top with stir-try. Serve at once.
