Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium.
2.Saute onion 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add cabbage; cook 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Stir through apple and cloves; cook a further 5 minutes.
3.Add vinegar and sugar. Season to taste; cook a further 3-4 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, preheat a char-grill or barbecue plate on high. Spray sausages with oil; char-grill 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
5.Fill rolls with cabbage mixture. spinach and kransky. Serve accompanied with mustard.
Cook rolls following packet instructions. If preferred, use other rolls of choice.
