Method
1.In a shallow dish, combine juice, oil, dill, garlic, paprika and tabasco. Add fish, turning to coat. Season to taste. Marinate at least 10 minutes.
2.Thread fish onto skewers, alternating with half pineapple, capsicum and tomatoes.
3.Cut remaining tomatoes in half. In a salad bowl, combine remaining pineapple, capsicum and tomatoes with onion and salad leaves.
4.Preheat a barbecue hot plate or large frying pan on medium. Cook skewers 8-10 minutes, turning on all sides, or until fish is cooked through. Serve with salad.
