Method

1.Halve buk choy lengthways; place, cut-side up, in bamboo steamer. Drizzle buk choy with combined oil, garlic and sauces.
2.Steam buk choy, covered, over wok or large saucepan of simmering water about 5 minutes or until just tender.
3.Serve buk choy sprinkled with onion, coriander and chilli.
