Method
1.In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet instructions. Add zucchini and squash for final 30 seconds of cooking time. Drain and keep warm.
2.Heat an oiled saucepan on high. Cook chicken for 1 minute each side until browned, then remove from pan. Cook bacon for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until crisp. Remove from pan.
3.Using same pan, sauté onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until tender. Stir in beans, stock and milk, simmering for 5 minutes until reduced by half. Purée in a blender and season.
4.Return chicken to sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until chicken is cooked.
5.Toss sauce through pasta. Serve sprinkled with tomatoes, parmesan, bacon, zest and parsley.
