Method

1.Cook spaghetti, following packet instructions. Drain. Keep warm. Drain can of tuna, reserving oil.
2.Place baguette into a food processor. Process until crumbs form. Heat half tuna oil in a frying pan on medium. Add 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs and garlic.
3.Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes. Stir through parsley, lemon zest and juice.
4.Toss flaked tuna and crumbs through hot pasta with juice and remaining oil. Top with basil leaves.
