Method
.To make pizza sauce, combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
.To make horseradish cream, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
.Preheat oven to 230°C (220°C fan-forced). Place an oven tray or pizza stone near the bottom of the oven.
.Bring the steaks to room temperature, then brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. When pan is hot, add steaks, two at a time. Cook for a couple of minutes until one side is browned, then turn over and do the same to the other side until cooked medium-rare or to your liking. Leave on a board, loosely covered with foil. Rest steaks for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
.Spread some pizza sauce on a pizza base. Scatter with cheeses, tomatoes, oregano and onions, then season with salt and pepper.
.Place pizzas on the rack just below the middle of the oven. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbling and base is crisp.
.Top with steak, add a drizzle of horseradish cream and scatter chopped herbs over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
