Method

1.Heat half the oil in a frying pan on high.
2.Season steak; cook 1-2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Cover with foil; rest.
3.Return pan to medium heat with remaining oil.
4.Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; simmer 5-10 minutes, until sauce is thick. Stir in basil and sugar; season to taste.
5.Serve steak topped with pizzaiola sauce and feta; accompany with salad.
