Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain pasta and return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, combine smoked salmon, goat’s cheese, capers, dill, olive oil and lemon rind and juice in a bowl. Combine with pasta and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with dill.

Bavette is a long, flat, narrow ribbon pasta that is similar to tagliatelle.
