Home Dinner November 30, 1974 Prawns with avocado cream and baby cos leaves Serves 8 Prep 15M Skip to Recipe Woman's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients Avocado cream 1 (320g) avocado 1 pinch salt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2/3 cup (160ml) thickened cream 2 baby cos lettuces, leaves separated 4 (520g) lebanese cucumbers, sliced lengthways into ribbons 2 kilogram cooked medium prawns, peeled, deveined 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh chervil leaves lemon wedges, to serve (optional) Method 1.To make avocado cream, blend ingredients until smooth. 2.Arrange lettuce leaves, cucumber, prawns and chervil on serving plates. 3.Serve with avocado cream and lemon wedges, if desired.
