1.Heat oil in a small saucepan on medium. Sauté green onion for 2 minutes, until soft. Add potato, milk and 1/4 cup water and bring to boil. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes, covered, until tender.
2.Meanwhile, cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain. Toss broccoli mixture through pasta and serve warm.
