Method

1.Grease 6 x 1-cup ramekins.
2.Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water 8-10 minutes, until al dente; drain well.
3.Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium saucepan on high. Add chicken mince; cook 5-6 minutes, breaking up lumps with band of a spoon as it browns.
4.Add diced tomatoes, tomato pasta sauce and mushroom; simmer 10 minutes. Add basil; season to taste. Stir through pasta until combined. Divide mixture evenly between prepared ramekins.
5.In a bowl, combine parmesan and tasty cheese. Sprinkle over pasta pots.
6.Preheat grill to high. Place ramekins on a baking tray; cook under grill 2-3 minutes, until cheese melts and is golden. Allow to cool.
