Method

1.Spray a large frying pan with cooking oil spray; heat on high.
2.Cook steaks 2 minutes each side, until browned. Reduce heat to low; cook a further 3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
3.Meanwhile, spray a saucepan with oil spray; heat on medium. Cook onion 3 minutes, stirring, until soft. Add apple cider and vinegar. Bring to the boil; boil 3 minutes, until liquid reduces by half. Add cabbage, apple and thyme. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. Season.
4.Serve pork with cabbage and apples, topped with sage leaves.
