Method

1.Preheat oven to moderately slow, 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Lightly grease a 6 cup-capacity baking dish.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Heat milk in a small saucepan on high until just boiling.
3.Gradually whisk hot milk into egg mixture. Add yoghurt; whisk to combine. Strain into a jug.
4.Scatter berries over base of prepared dish; pour over custard. Place baking dish in a roasting pan. Pour in enough hot water to come hallway up sides of dish.
5.Bake 20-25 minutes, until custard is set around edges but still wobbles slightly in centre. Serve warm or at room temperature.
