Method
1.Mix biscuit crumbs, spice and butter and divide between 4 glasses, pressing down to cover the base. Chill.
2.Beat cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth, then add the sour cream, cardamom, ginger, orange zest and Cointreau. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and chill for at least 2 hours.
3.To garnish, combine maple syrup and orange zest to spoon over desserts just before serving.
