Passionfruit yogurt pannacotta

A cute and pretty dessert of sweet and creamy pannacotta with drizzles of passionfruit.

Ingredients

Method

1.Sprinkle gelatine over 2 tablespoons boiling water in a small heatproof jug. Stir until gelatine dissolves. Grease 6 x 1/2-cup glass or plastic moulds. Place on a baking tray.
2.Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat until just simmering and sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in gelatine mixture. Cool for 10 minutes.
3.Place 1 1/4 cups of the yogurt and half the passionfruit pulp in a bowl; stir to combine. Stir into gelatine mixture. Pour into prepared moulds. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set. Tum out pannacotta onto serving plates. Serve with remaining yogurt and passionfruit pulp.

Try mango puree instead of passionfruit.
