Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a baking tray.
2.Halve nectarines and remove stones. Slice thinly.
3.Cut pastry into 4 rectangles, folding in a 1cm border. Place onto prepared trays.
4.Bake for 5-10 minutes until just golden. Press gently to flatten. Brush base with half the jam. Arrange nectarine slices over pastry.
5.Bake for a further 5-10 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining jam. Sprinkle with macadamias. Serve with ice-cream.
