Method
1.In a large bowl, combine ice-cream with honeycomb. Return to freezer container. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
2.Preheat a barbecue plate on high. In a small jug, combine butter, honey and cinnamon. Brush over bread and bananas.
3.Barbecue bananas until golden and starting to caramelise. Transfer to a plate. Cook bread for 3-4 minutes each side, until crisp and golden.
4.Serve bread topped with bananas, strawberries and ice-cream. Drizzle with extra honey if liked.
