Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Spray a 7-cup rectangular ovenproof dish with oil.
2.Remove foil seals from steamed pudding tubs. Microwave each tub on high (100%) for 15 seconds. Turn out onto a chopping board; cool slightly, then chop roughly. Arrange over base of prepared dish; add sauce from tubs.
3.Whisk cream, milk, eggs and sugar in a jug. Pour over puddings in dish; stand for 10 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes.
4.Top with berries. Bake for 30 minutes or until just set. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve dusted with icing sugar.

You can use drained, chopped canned pears instead of strawberries. Add chopped roasted hazelnuts to provide a little crunch.
