Chocolate coconut cakes

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a standard muffin pan.
2.Sift flours together into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, coconut and pecans. Make a well in the centre.
3.Blend butter, chocolate, eggs, sour cream and milk. Spoon into well and stir to combine
4.Divide mixture evenly between muffin pan wells. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked when tested. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

5.Using an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Sift icing sugar and cocoa together. Beat slowly into butter with milk, until blended. Spread butter cream over cooled cakes.

Use white or dark chocolate, if preferred.
