Chocolate and hazelnut crumbles

Rich, gooey and packed full of gorgeous flavours, these chocolate, pear and hazelnut puddings are absolutely divine enjoyed straight out of their pots with a teaspoon.

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease four 1 1/4-cup oven proof dishes. Place on a baking tray.
2.Combine pear, lemon juice and spice in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap. Microwave on high 3 minutes, or until pear is tender. Stand fruit 1 minute. Stir in drinking chocolate. Divide fruit mixture equally among prepared dishes.
3.Place flour and sugar in a bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter to make fine crumbs. Stir in hazelnut and chocolate. Sprinkle hazelnut mixture over pear mixture in dishes.
4.Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Stand 5 minutes. Dust with extra drinking chocolate. Serve.

Rub toasted nuts in a clean tea-towel to remove skins before chopping. You could use canned drained pear halves instead of fresh.
