Caramel and mallow nests

1.Line a 6-hole texas (3/4-cup) muffin tray with paper cases.

2.Place puffed rice cereal in a medium bowl. Combine caramels, marshmallows and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until melted and well combined. Quickly pour caramel mixture over cereal; stir to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared holes. Using the back of a spoon, make an indent in mixture to create a nest. Sprinkle edges with 100s and 1000s. Chill for 2 hours to set.

3.To serve, remove nests from paper cases, fill with sweets.
