Method
1.Preheat an oven grill to high. Toss lamb and garam masala in a medium bowl; season.
2.Divide naan onto 2 baking trays. Spread with mango chutney; top with cheese, capsicum and lamb mixture.
3.Grill each tray 4-5 minutes, or until golden and lamb is just cooked.
4.Top pizzas with cucumber, yoghurt, half the extra chutney and mint. Serve with salad and remaining chutney.
Use a vegetable peeler to shave long thin cucumber ribbons.
