Method
1.Preheat grill to medium. Combine eggs, milk, ham, half the cheese and onion in a bowl. Season.
2.Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan. Cook omelette, covered, for 6-8 minutes, until set. Top with tomato, zucchini and remaining cheese.
3.Place pan under grill for 1-2 minutes, until cheese melts and browns. Serve cut into wedges, with salad.
