Method
1.Blend everything in a blender until smooth and thick. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes while the chia thickens it up and the texture becomes mousse-like.
2.Decorate with toppings.
Cacao can help you absorb more of the goodness in the superfoods (the good fat from the coconut oil also aids our absorption of fat-soluble vitamins).
