Method

1.Process or blend all ingredients on medium until smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses.

For an even healthier smoothie, replace ice-cream with 1 cup of full-fat, plain yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. Replace banana with berries or your other favourite fruits.
