Ingredients

Method

1.Combine prawns and sauce in a bowl. Toss to coat in marinade.
2.Thread 3 prawns onto each skewer.
3.Preheat barbecue plate or grill on medium. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes each side until cooked through. Arrange on a platter on a bed of lettuce.

Soak skewers in a dish of water for 20 minutes before threading to prevent scorching.
