Sticky honey soy wings with noodles
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with sauce, honey, kecap manis, oil and garlic. Mix well to coat.
3.Arrange wings in a single layer on tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting often, until sticky and golden.
4.Blanch noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add carrot and zucchini, cooking for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water.
5.Serve chicken wings on a bed of noodle salad, drizzled with pan juices. Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds.
