Method

1.Preheat grill on high. Line a baking tray with foil. Arrange bread on tray. Spray with a little oil. Grill, turning, for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp.
2.In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill, juice and horseradish. Season.
3.Spread toast with cream cheese. Top with salmon slices and egg. Drizzle with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with chives. Serve with lemon cheeks.

lf you have an oven grill, you will need to heat it to 200°C.
