1.in a medium heatproof bowl, place chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let base of bowl touch the water). Stir for 5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in nuts and fruit until combined.
2.Line a baking tray with baking paper. Drop level tablespoons of chocolate mixture, about 3cm apart, into mounds on prepared tray. Chill for 1 hour or until set.
