Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a non-stick saucepan on medium. Add chorizo and onion. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes, until onion is soft. Add tomato soup, beans and water. Bring to boil. Stir in smoked paprika; season to taste.
2.Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with slices of toasted crusty bread.

This soup can be made with any variety of canned beans.
