Winter Fruits
Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix muesli ingredients together in a bowl then roast on a baking paper-lined tray for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool and store in a resealable jar.
2.To make winter fruits, cut a cross in the top of the tamarillos, place in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, peel, slice and mix with the other fruit.
3.Serve winter fruits with yoghurt and a spoonful of muesli.
