Vegetable crudité
1.Arrange the asparagus, beans, snow peas, tomatoes, cucumber and radishes on a platter. Serve accompanied with dip.
Pea and feta dip
2.Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season to taste.
Note
- Very fresh asparagus is lovely eaten raw. However, if spears are thick and woody, blanch before serving.
