Method
1.Lightly grease and line a 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper.
2.Place milk and dark chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook on medium in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth (see recipe tip).
3.Stir marshmallow, biscuits, half the Easter eggs and half the pistachios through, coating well with chocolate.
4.Spoon into tray, spreading evenly. Top with remaining eggs and extra pistachios. Chill for 20 minutes until firm. Cut into squares and serve drizzled with extra melted dark chocolate.
Note
- It’s important to stir when melting chocolate in the microwave to prevent it burning.
