Method
1.Heat oil in wok, stir-fry garlic, shallot and cranberries until shallots are tender. Add mince, stir-fry until mince changes colour.
2.Add sauces, five-spice, carrot and wombok, stir-fry until wombok wilts, season to taste.
3.Serve larb topped with cucumber, chilli and lime.
Chicken or pork mince can be used instead of turkey mince.
