Method

1.Preheat oven to very hot, 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Lightly grease 2 pizza trays.
2.Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add water and oil. Stir to combine. Use your hands to bring dough together.
3.Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp tea towel. Set aside in a warm place 30 minutes, or until dough doubles in size. Punch down dough with your fist.
4.Knead 30 seconds, or until dough is original size. Divide dough into 2 even-sized pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece to 30cm portions.
5.Spread pizza bases evenly with tomato pasta sauce. Cover each with cheese. Top with an even amount of cabanossi, capsicum, mushroom and ham.
6.Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden and the bases are crisp. Cut into wedges to serve.
