Method
1.Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Cook vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring, until tender and lightly browned. Add beef mince and pancetta or bacon and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until meat browns.
2.Add wine and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add stock and tomato paste and season to taste. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
3.Stir in cream and serve with spaghetti and parmesan.
