Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Dust an oven tray lightly with flour or line with baking paper.
2.Process the flour, baking powder and salt with butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Toss through the feta chunks and rocket.
3.Stir the milk in quickly with a knife until a soft dough forms, then turn out onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
4.Pat into a 2cm-thick rectangle. Cut into squares and transfer to the prepared oven tray. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until risen and golden.
