Smokey cashews

Method

1.Heat oven to 160°C fanbake. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Mix cashews and egg white in a bowl until cashews are well coated. In a separate bowl mix together the other ingredients then add to the nuts and toss thoroughly.
3.Spread mixture evenly over oven tray and bake until beginning to brown (around 10-15 minutes). Let nuts cool before storing in an airtight container.
