Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line base and sides of a 23cm (base measurement) square cake pan with baking paper, extending paper at 2 opposite sides for handles.
2.Whisk cocoa powder and 1/2 cup boiling water in a medium saucepan until smooth. Place saucepan over low heat. Add spread and dark chocolate; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until melted and smooth. Remove pan from heat. Add peanuts, sugar and prunes; stir well to combine. Add flour; stir well to combine. Add egg; stir well to combine. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until firm. Stand in pan for 1 hour to cool. Transfer to a chopping board.
3.Place white chocolate and colouring in a small bowl; stir well to combine. Spoon into a small food storage bag; seal, expelling air. Push mixture to a corner of bag; snip corner. Drizzle evenly over slice. Set. Cut into 30 pieces. Serve.

Natural yellow food colouring is in the baking aisle. Melt chocolate: in microwave in a microwave-safe bowl on High (100%) in 30-second bursts, stirring, until smooth.
