Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).
2.Wash and scrub the potatoes well; dry with absorbent paper.
3.Cut potatoes in half; cut each half into wedges. Combine wedges in medium bowl with the oil and chicken seasoning; mix well.
4.Lightly spray baking dish with cooking-oil spray. Put wedges in dish. Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes or until wedges are browned lightly.
5.To make guacamole; mash avocados in medium bowl; stir in onion, tomato, juice and coriander.
6.Serve wedges with guacamole.
