2.In a bowl, combine popcorn, cashews and peanuts.
3.In a small saucepan, heat honey and water on low. Increase heat to medium. Simmer for 5 minutes or until reduced and light golden (it will start smelling slightly nutty).
4.Remove from heat and pour into dry ingredients. Stir until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and press down firmly using the back of a teaspoon. Set aside, at room temperature, for 1 hour or until firm.
5.Drizzle dark chocolate over top of slice. Sprinkle with salt flakes and cut into 8 bars.
You can use macadamias instead of cashews, if you prefer.
