Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat the oven to 170°C. Lightly grease and line a 36cm x 26cm slice pan.
2.Combine the butter and biscuit crumbs thoroughly and press firmly into the pan. Scatter the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
3.Scatter over the sultanas or raisins, apricots, 1 cup of the coconut, almonds and the remaining shredded coconut. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top.
4.Bake the slice in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden. Set aside to cool and slice when fully cold (it will crumble if sliced while still warm).
