Method

1.In a small bowl, combine beans, taco mix and onion.
2.Divide bean mixture among 4 containers. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Spoon salsa evenly over each.
3.In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice. Spread over dips. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with lid and chill.
4.Preheat oven to 200°C. On a baking paper-lined oven tray, arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer. Spray with oil and bake 2-3 minutes, until light golden. Cool on tray. Serve with dip.
