1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion, garlic and basil. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes, or until onion is soft. Add tomato paste. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add passata, stir to combine.
2.Place pizza bases on baking trays. Spread bases with tomato sauce. Top with ham and mozzarella. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and crust is crisp. Sprinkle with extra basil. Serve with salad.
For a vegetarian option, replace ham with sliced olives.
