Method
1.Place the chicken nibbles in a large resealable bag.
2.Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3.Add half to the bag, toss to coat nibbles evenly, then marinate for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
4.Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a large roasting dish with cooking paper. Arrange the nibbles in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.
5.Drizzle or brush over some of the remaining sauce, cook another 10 minutes and repeat with the last of the sauce, cooking a further 5-10 minutes until tender, golden and juicy.
