Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Line the base and sides of an 18cm x 28cm baking pan with baking paper.
2.Place the biscuits in the bowl of a food processor and process until they form fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse until combined.
3.Press the mixture firmly into the base of the prepared pan using the back of a spoon.
4.Sprinkle the dates over the base, followed by the chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut and finally the seeds. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top. Using the point of a sharp knife, poke the top in a few places so the condensed milk seeps through the layers.
5.Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Leave to cool in the pan and then refrigerate before slicing.
  • You can mix together all the topping ingredients in a bowl before spooning them onto the base if you find this easier.
